Create an account via the STEMPEL ASLI App

Step 2
Please complete the legalization form and upload the scanned pages of the document as instructed. Then sumbit.

Step 3
After the verification process is complete, we will notify you via email and on the app. You will find the payment instructions in the notification. If rejected, you can resubmit.

Step 4
After you complete your payment and once the payment has been verified, we will send a notification and you can come to our office to collect the legalisation sticker by submitting the appication number to our friendly officer.

Country of Destination Apostille
Documents to be used on the country of destination Apostille please apply via https://apostille.ahu.go.id/

Non-Apostille
There are several documents that are excluded from the Apostille even though they will be used in the country of Apostille destination such as; business documents, tax documents and documents currently in litigation with the Attorney General in Indonesia

After obtaining a legalization sticker at the Indonesian Ministry of Law, you can apply for legalization to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the STEMPEL ASLI Request
