Please complete the legalization form and upload the scanned pages of the document as instructed. Then sumbit.

Step 3
After the verification process is complete, we will notify you via email and on the app. You will find the payment instructions in the notification. If rejected, you can resubmit.

Step 4
After you complete your payment and once the payment has been verified, we will send a notification and you can come to our office to collect the legalisation sticker by submitting the appication number to our friendly officer.

Terdapat beberapa dokumen yang dikecualikan dari Apostille meskipun akan digunakan di negara tujuan Apostille seperti; dokumen bisnis, dokumen pajak dan dokumen yang sedang berperkara pada Kejaksaan di Indonesia

Setelah mendapatkan stiker legalisasi pada Kementerian Hukum dapat mengajukan legalisasi pada Kemlu RI melalui Aplikasi STEMPEL ASLI

Penghentian Layanan Legalisasi Dokumen sebagai Negara Transit/Negara Ketiga

Dalam rangka penyesuaian kebijakan pelayanan legalisasi dokumen, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia tidak melayani proses legalisasi sebagai negara transit atau negara ketiga (third country) terhadap dokumen asing yang diterbitkan di luar wilayah Indonesia dan akan digunakan di luar wilayah Indonesia.

Ketentuan ini berlaku mulai tanggal 22 Juli 2026
